Our next generation rod lift controller leverages a load cell and inclinometer to generate a real time Dynacard, giving visibility into well performance. Unlike complex, high-cost alternatives, this solutions delivers the essential insights needed to monitor pump efficiencies and optimize production. Simplified diagnostics. Lowered costs. Improved uptime.

Key Features & Benefits:

  • The combination of an Inclinometer(included) and load cell(sold separately) provides accurate, real-time measurement data.
  • Diagnostics for pump stroke performance, aid in identifying down-hole issues without stopping the system.
  • Enables optimization of pump fillage and stroke data specific to unique well dynamics.
  • Keeps marginal wells pumping longer between full stops for a higher cut of oil per barrel of fluid.
  • Timed or manual restart options allow for safe and efficient recovery from common operating interruptions or power quality issues.
  • The VFD package has the ability to save electricity and correctly operate on many rod lift pumps without resistors. (resistor options available)
  • Supports SCADA connections, Modbus TCP, and Modbus RTU/serial.
  • Multiple Operation Modes:  1) Pump-Off Fixed Speed – Constant speed with Dynacard Pump-Off Control.  2) Pump-Off Speed Control – Maximize runtime by slowing down based on Dynacard for a higher cut of oil.  3) Time clock function for basic operation.
