AID’s CurrentMaster solutions combine a 480V or 600V transformer with power distribution panels, providing a modular and convenient way to energize tools, pumps, lighting, and other industrial equipment. Available in both 2-wheel and 4-wheel options, these versatile transformer power sleds and carts are designed to deliver speed and efficiency to a variety of job sites, including wells, power plants, refineries, and more.

  • UL508 NEMA3R enclosure with viewing window to easily see the status of circuits and ease troubleshooting
  • Code Compliant: All 125V, 20A, and 30A receptacles available with Class-A Ground Fault Interrupter Protection
  • Rugged, Welded Steel Frame with certified lift points
  • Input Voltage includes 480V 3P4W Delta Standard, with up to 600V available

  • Output Voltate includes 480V 3P4W Delta, 120/208V 4P5W Wye, Single Phase Available

  • Amperage include 30A – 200A Primary Side and 100A – 400A Secondary Side (additional amperages available in custom units)

  • Electrical includes Square-D QO breakers (<250V); Siemens 3VA breakers (>250V) both with ALU interiors; Hammond Transformers with ALU windings

  • Four movement methods for maximum mobility, including overhead lift, forklift, sled, or casters/wheels
  • Ergonomic & patent pending grip design of the 2-wheel sled relieves stress on wrists while moving
  • 2-wheel sled CoG allows easy tilt-back movement for transit across flat surfaces
  • Patent pending sled design of 2-wheel sled allows unit to be pulled across rough surfaces
  • Pallet-Shelf friendly dimensions allow for easy storage options in 2 horizontal pallet spaces
  • Narrow design allows both 2-wheel and 4-wheel units to enter and exit through standard 4-foot door frames
  • Disconnects include visible fuse status window and power indicator handle
  • All 120/208V NEMA and CS-style units include at least 1 GFCI duplex receptacle for convenient power
