  • DriveLynx allows you to see your equipment in real-time and make remote setting changes, start/stop commands, and alarm resets from any location. The remote monitoring system can even let you know if you have lost power, so field crews are able to respond quickly.

DRIVELYNX FAQS

1. Will DriveLynx work with my Existing VFD/setup?

Yes, DriveLynx can be retrofitted into any drive with our field install kit on-site and can be purchased as a Nema4 standalone option to any of our PumpMaster™ VFD’s, Gas Lift, Rod Lift, and Compressor (VRU) applications.

2. What VFD communication options does DriveLynx support?

The DriveLynx RTU supports both cellular and satellite connectivity via ethernet or Modbus protocols.

3. Can I setup my own customized alarms through DriveLynx?

Yes, DriveLynx alerts are customizable through the web/app user interface.

4. What happens if power goes out? Will the DriveLynx SCADA system continue to poll data?

At this time there are no battery backup options, however solar powered cells and UPS options are being evaluated to support RTU during power outages.

5. Customize reports available?

Yes, DriveLynx end users have the flexibility to create excel reports with KPI variables, such as shutdowns, downtime events, number of changes remotely made, etc.

6. How long is warranty on the product?

The standard product warranty includes 12 months after the date of installation, or 18 months after the date of shipment - whichever occurs first.

7. What are the polling options/data requirements?

Polling options can vary from 1min to 10min or 24hr per day.

8. If DriveLynx loses cellular/satellite connectivity, will I lose data during the outage?

No, the RTU/Modem will store data locally, until the connection has been re-established.
